Former Bass Player Sues Linkin Park Over Unpaid Royalties

A former member of Linkin Park is suing the band over unpaid royalties.

Kyle Christner played bass for the band in 1999 and claims he played on more than 20 songs that appear on the recently-released Hybrid Theory box set.

Christener says he hasn’t seen a dime so far, despite being told by Linkin Park’s manager that he is owed royalties.

He also says he helped Linkin Park score their first major label record deal by playing a showcase for Warner Records in 1999.

How should Linkin Park address this lawsuit?  Have you ever seen a band before they got famous? Thanks, Killabrew.
