Last month news broke that Rob Zombie would reboot the classic 1960s sitcom “The Munsters” as a film. It’s probably no surprise that Zombie is a big fan of the show or that his wife, Sheri Moon Zombie, will play Lily Munster
Additionally, Jeff Daniel Phillips will portray Herman Munster.
Word on the street is, the film won’t only debut in theaters, but also as a Peacock+ original according to CBR.com. The plan essentially mirrors what Warner has been doing with their new releases and HBO Max.
You’ll have to wait awhile to check out the reboot though. It is set to start filming next month.
