Why not have a good debate? I mean people raley argue (sarcasm): If you went to sleep and woke up at 12:01 A.M., would you say you woke up early this “morning” or late last “night”?
A survey asked over 12,000 people when that shift happens for them. And answers were all over the board. But the most common was 5:00 A.M.
13% said midnight . . . 19% said sometime between 1:00 and 4:00 . . . 23% said 5:00 . . . 22% said 6:00 . . . 16% don’t think it’s the morning until between 7:00 and 9:00 A.M. . . . and 3% said even later than that.
