I see where this guy is coming from, but there are better ways to handle it
Lots of bosses are figuring out new management styles to adjust to the pandemic. I probably wouldn’t recommend this one.
There’s a 46-year-old guy in Yamagata, Japan, and he’s a manager at a construction company.
Well, one of his employees, a guy in his 20s, went on a trip to another city recently, so the boss told him to stay home because of the coronavirus risk.
But the guy came to work anyway. And the boss responded by . . . PUNCHING him in the FACE.
The boss was arrested.
