It’s the final season of American Idol, and this Thursday Indianapolis will get a chance to showcase it’s star and potentially be it’s final winner. Fox 59 was kind enough to share the details of what you need to do to be a part of it…
- Two forms of ID that show proof of your age and a photograph (for example, a birth certificate and driver’s license or a birth certificate and a passport or a birth certificate and a school ID card)
- Completed Personal Release (you can download it here)
- For those under the age of 18, a completed and notarized Guardianship and Medical Authorization for Minors
