A little girl in New Jersey dialed 911 in a panic yesterday for a horrible reason. Fox 59 tells us that little Isabelle told the operators in a panic “I ruined Christmas”. Isabelle had touched her family’s Elf On A Shelf, and according to the children’s book, if you touch the elf, “you lose the Christmas magic”. Isabelle accidentally knocked the elf to the floor after throwing a ball in the house. The officer on the scene said she promised never to call 911 again for something like that.
