It’s almost hard not to tear up when watching the emotional testimony Erin Andrews gave. If you remember, in 2008, Erin Andrews was secretly recorded through a peephole of her hotel room while she stayed in Nashville. The hotel (Nashville Marriott and Barrett) is at the center of Andrews’ $75 million lawsuit against them for those peephole recording done by Michael David Barrett.
Barrett received two years in prison after pleading guilty to interstate stalking. Hearing the pain in Andrews’ voice is so difficult as she knows those images will never be COMPLETELY gone after hitting the internet back in 2008.
Andrews’ father, Steve, testified last Wednesday and said his daughter was “a shell of her former self” after finding out of the video.
