Footage of Vince Neil is circulating on social media, showing the Mötley Crüe vocalist falling off stage during a concert in Tennessee.
According to CNN, the fall occurred during the song “Don’t Go Away Mad (Just Go Away).” Bass player Dana Strum informed the crowd of Neil’s injury and encouraged them to sing along to the next song so he could hear them back stage.
He added that Vince wanted to tough it out. but was taken to the hospital instead to get checked out. It was there they they discovered the broken ribs.
Mötley Crüe tweeted on Sunday that Vince Neil was back home and the band wished him a speedy recovery.
