One of the best things about the Indiana State Fair is the food. There’s all your favorites—corn dogs, cheese curds, elephant ears—but this year, there will be almost two dozen NEW options for you to try.
Try ’em all or pick a few and then vote for your favorite during Taste of the Fair.
At the top of my list is the Winner-Winner Chicken Dinner. It features popcorn chicken, mac and cheese and coleslaw in an edible waffle bowl. It sounds delicious and functional. Also piquing my interest is the Sun King Funnel Cake Pastry Ale, which is brewed with 300 powdered sugar funnel cakes, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Additionally, you can try a beef parfait, buttermilk waffle sandwich, deep fried cheesecake bites, and a Fruity Pebbles funnel cake…just to name a few.
