May in Indianapolis is going to look a bit different this year. The Indianapolis 500 has officially been rescheduled.
Instead of happening in May, the race will now be run on August 23 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Additionally, the GMR Gran Prix has been rescheduled to July 4 according to RTV6.
According to the Indy Star, the concerts associated with the 500 have been canceled. They will NOT happen with the rescheduled race. These include Carb Day, Legends Day with Luke Bryan and Morgan Wallen and the Snake Pit.
