A 20 million dollar expansion to the Circle Centre Mall could revamp the food court, or even add apartments or condos! Fox 59 says Simon mall is looking into these options to attempt to pull more people into the downtown area. If they build some apartments I’d move into them in a heartbeat! If they build condos…well that’s likely well out of my price range. I’ve always complained that the downtown area needed more going on, and putting more people there would be a step in the right direction.
Sadly it’s all talk now, but hopefully we get news that something will be happening soon!
