7 Things You Missed About The Walmart Beech Grove Brawl Video

Were sure you’ve already seen the video of the two women and a child going at it in the shampoo isle of the Beech Grove Walmart, heck you’ve probably seen it twice. Did you really watch it though? Did you catch how the fight started? The second part? Don’t worry we got you covered on anything you might have missed on this viral sensation.

1. There’s A Part Two

A lot of the news outlets yesterday failed to grab the second part of the throwdown…which shows scooter chick with shampoo on her face, more punches thrown by the kid, basically more of the same. We do see the fight cool down in some regard, so I guess that’s positive.

2. The Mom Who Starts The Fight Is Wearing A YOLO Shirt.

You Only Live Once…so why not throw down in the shampoo aisle? Why not take on a woman in scooter? Why not tell your kid to dump shampoo in her eyes and punch her in her face?

3. It is illegal to encourage your child to fight and considered child endangerment.

Public fighting and destruction of property is enough to warrant an arrest in this situation, but the child endangerment sends it over the top. Despite the fact that little kid “don’t play” it is illegal in the state of Indiana to incite a child to inflict violence on another individual or put them in a situation where there is clear and present danger.

4.There’s an alternate camera angle of this brawl.

As our amateur videographer makes his way around to capture the fight we see another woman with an iPhone who was much closer to the altercation. Sadly she has not uploaded her angle of the video, which would likely give us some better audio of the events prior to the fight.

5. It All Went Down Over A “Nasty Look”

I had to crank my speakers to hear what was going on, but from what you hear in the beginning it appears scooter woman didn’t appreciate the looks mom and kid were giving her as she made her way through the store.  The fight doesn’t actually happen until she threatens to get out of her chair, to which the child screams “GET UP!”

6. It’s All Over The World

A quick look on the web revealed that this story is making waves in Chicago, New York, The UK, Ireland, and even Buzzfeed picked it up! Suffice to say it hasn’t been the best year for Indiana PR wise.

7. No Arrests Have Been Made…Yet

A report was filed by the Beech Grove police but no arrests were made at the time of the event. The burden now falls on the Marion County prosecutors office to determine whether to pursue the case or not…I think with all the bad PR Indiana has had this year we need them to step up and throw the book at these two. Indy is much better than these two women.
