You never like to see news like this, but seeing it around the holidays makes it even worse.

Celadon, an Indianapolis-based trucking company, announced this morning that over 3,000 people would be without jobs according to WTHR. That includes thousands of drives and hundreds of admin staff.

The company also announced that they filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The filing comes not too long after Celadon Group, Inc. paid over $42 million to settle fraud charges.

On top of that, the former COO and CFO are face charges including wire and securities fraud.
